Business as Usual

Business as Usual

It’s great to know that when I go away I can provide “Business as Usual”!

Having spent the last 3 weeks visiting my son in Sydney, Australia it was great to see that my youngest daughter Katie could handle the business whilst I was away.

Apologies to anyone who had a slightly longer waiting time for a response or anyone who had problems getting through (my fault , I didn’t change the phone numbers until week three).

In any event all orders placed were despached smoothly and quickly, well done Katie!

Now we are back and refreshed, and Katie is onboard, look out for some exciting listings coming soon.

In the meantime please visit www.hcbooksonline.com to see my latest updates

Ordering Books By Post

Ordering Books By Post

A word of caution!

I recently received an envelope correctly addressed to HCBooksonline containing a UK Postal Order for several £’s incorrectly payable to HERON BOOKS. This would not have been too bad if the Postal Order had not been the only item in the envelope! Furthermore there was no return address on the envelope.

So if you are waiting for an order from HCBooksonline and you posted your order early in February, please get in touch so that we can sort this problem out.

Just a reminder – when ordering by post;

1. Please ensure you provide order details, eg. book title and product code.

2. Please ensure you provide your posting details, eg. your name and address

3. If paying by Cheque or Postal Order please ensure the payee name is correct,
details can be found on my Terms & Conditions page.
